At Life Interrupted Counseling & Wellness, we provide personalized therapy sessions tailored to your needs. I am in network with select insurance plans and also welcome private pay clients. I recommend calling the member services number on your card to confirm your mental health benefits and any copay or deductible amounts before our first session. For those paying out of pocket, my rates are listed below.
Individual Sessions:
Initial Assessment - $200
55 minute therapy session- $185
Couple Sessions (not typically covered by insurance):
Initial Assessment - $225
75 minute therapy session - $200
Late Cancellations:
(less than 24 hours): $75
No Show:

Good Faith Estimate
